We will explore your Insights Discovery Personal Profile, included in the workshop,  which is your gateway to unlocking a deeper understanding of yourself. It empowers you to embrace your unique style while learning how to adapt and connect more effectively with others. By uncovering your strengths, identifying growth opportunities, and shining a light on potential blind spots, this profile provides the foundation for meaningful transformation in your communication and relationships. • The virtual workshop will last for 2 hours with a 5/10 minute break.

• You will learn in a relaxed environment with a small group of people. 

• Questions are always welcome and you will be able to utilise the chat function throughout. 

• Although I recommend for you to have cameras on for better connection with others on the course, if you would feel more comfortable with them off that is okay too.

• The platform I use is Google Meet and the link will be sent to you 48 hours prior with a downloadable interactive digital workbook. 

• You can be located anywhere in the world as long as you have a computer/tablet and an internet connection 

• You will also receive your Insights Discovery Personal Profile and a set of Insights Discovery soft bricks in the post prior to the workshop. 

• You will get a certificate of attendance after completing the workshop 

• A 121 Coaching session will then be arranged with you so you can explore your Insights Discovery Personal Profile more and discuss challenges you want to overcome 

*Please note, in order to obtain your Insights Discovery Personal Profile you will need to complete Insights Discovery Evaluator which usually takes 15/20 minutes to complete and forms the basis of your Insights Discovery Personal Profile

The cost of the virtual workshop, Insights Discovery Personal Profile, learning materials and a 1:1 coaching session is £600 VAT included per person.

A 10% discount is given for group bookings of 3 or more people.
